香港很多火鍋店都是走中式宮廷風的裝修,但這間火鍋隨意門就有點特別,主要走土耳其風格,但除了土耳其,餐廳亦打造了法國,日本及中國風的主題餐區。讓食客來打邊爐都可以感受到不同地方的景色。無得去旅行都可以來幻想一下。今日安排了坐於中國風的用餐區。每枱有一盤九格的調味料盤,當中有兩款小食(麻辣木耳及涼拌青瓜)。醬油費為每位$25。餐廳提供十四個鍋底的選擇,有花膠雞湯鍋、特色卜卜蜆湯鍋,鴨血麻辣湯鍋,冬瓜瑤柱脯湯鍋等,款式特別。最後點了蒜香特色卜卜蜆湯鍋($188),湯底中放了乾冰,所以上枱會噴煙的,觀感不錯。這個湯鍋使用大量新鮮沙白蜆,配合蒜蓉辣椒來提升鮮味,鍋內更有大量芽菜,芹菜及芫茜。配料選擇頗多。點了一份羊肉片($118),肉質嫩滑,有淡淡的羊羶味。手打丸及餃子一律自家製,款式多,配搭新穎。點了四粒的新鮮菜苗帶子餃($68),內餡紮實豐滿及四粒手打菠菜豬肉丸($68)及炸支竹($48),份量多,抵食。水蓮菜 ($68),比較少有,喜歡它爽脆的口感。竹蔗茅根($68),是用地球儀容器裝著,幾特別,份量都起碼每人有3-4杯。
