To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Lunch hour 餐廳食客小貓三兩隻,outdoor 餐區環境一般,唔係chill 果隻,風機一頭一尾共兩部,唔多夠吹,有d焗,仲不時有d 唔知邊度吹嚟嘅廚房油煙味。好喇,搵枱坐,見佢哋枱又唔抹求其清走上手客食完野d 碗碗碟碟就算數,枱上仲殘留上手食客食完野嘅痕跡,食完野唔抹枱係咩痕跡唔講喇,自己想像下啦,咁嘅衛生尺度真係幾掂😳。坐低咗,咁我就响袋道攞咗幾張私伙紙巾抹乾淨張埋枱,跟住就有個疑似老闆嘅女人走去我隔籬枱清枱,佢見我抹完枱果幾張紙巾放響枱面,然後佢就好自然咁幫我拎走果幾張紙巾,不過唔係抌落垃圾桶,而係唔好嘥攞咗去循環再用,愛嚟抹隔籬枱🙀。叫個午餐食,炒蛋唔熱賣相求其就算,個湯麵都唔知識唔識煮,成碗似baby food 咁樣,淋到一pat pat,湯就顯然d 麵煮過咗火乾哂水咸到癲果隻, 只係同個疑似老闆嘅女人comment 吓姐,接受comment 先至可以有改善同進步㗎嘛,唔係咩🤔,內心其實都冇乜期望,之不過佢望一望就話可能水吧煮耐咗小小,淋d好過唔熟,冇咩大問題姐😤我心諗得㗎喇你👍!老實講如果食野唔係食味道,食品質,廚師嘅煮功…. 純粹只係要求係食飽,咁咪冇問題囉。不

眼見周圍都咁靜,好心就做好d 野,𢰸乾淨d 地方,比多d 心機煮野,上心d 跟單啦。有咩野出錯就要認真處理下,唔係吓吓都諗住自己會有啲乜蝕底咗,是是但但唔理就算㗎,咁做生意,d 客點會有返頭吖!有時個塲靜唔好生意,都要檢討吓咩問題先得㗎,淨係響度嗌冇生意自己都唔反省一下,怪得邊個啫,明就明,完。
