To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Lunch hour 餐廳食客小貓三兩隻,outdoor 餐區環境一般,唔係chill 果隻,風機一頭一尾共兩部,唔多夠吹,有d焗,仲不時有d 唔知邊度吹嚟嘅廚房油煙味。好喇,搵枱坐,見佢哋枱又唔抹求其清走上手客食完野d 碗碗碟碟就算數,枱上仲殘留上手食客食完野嘅痕跡,食完野唔抹枱係咩痕跡唔講喇,自己想像下啦,咁嘅衛生尺度真係幾掂😳。坐低咗,咁我就响袋道攞咗幾張私伙紙巾抹乾淨張埋枱,跟住就有個疑似老闆嘅女人走去我隔籬枱清枱,佢見我抹完枱果幾張紙巾放響枱面,然後佢就好自然咁幫我拎走果幾張紙巾,不過唔係抌落垃圾桶,而係唔好嘥攞咗去循環再用,愛嚟抹隔籬枱🙀。叫個午餐食,炒蛋唔熱賣相求其就算,個湯麵都唔知識唔識煮,成碗似baby food 咁樣,淋到一pat pat,湯就顯然d 麵煮過咗火乾哂水咸到癲果隻, 只係同個疑似老闆嘅女人comment 吓姐,接受comment 先至可以有改善同進步㗎嘛,唔係咩🤔,內心其實都冇乜期望,之不過佢望一望就話可能水吧煮耐咗小小,淋d好過唔熟,冇咩大問題姐😤我心諗得㗎喇你👍!老實講如果食野唔係食味道,食品質,廚師嘅煮功…. 純粹只係要求係食飽,咁咪冇問題囉。不過,又唔係叫你煮鮑參翅肚咁高難度嘅食材,只不過係簡單一個湯麵都煮成咁,過得自己過得人啫。跟著隔離枱有個男人要落單,就叫碟唔知乜乜炒飯但話明要走青、走青豆、走三色豆….. 又係果個疑似老闆嘅女人同佢落單,碟炒飯嚟到唔知係咪冇走到果d 青、豆…..之類嘅嘢,個男人一路食一路響碟飯度係咁撩,係咁摷,俾果個女人發現到佢就同個男人講咦乜我冇寫咩,我好似有寫個喎,仲即刻走入去check 單,出返嚟就同個男人講係喎唔記得咗添,唔好意思呀,然之後有個師傅咁啱行咗出嚟,聽到之後就當住個男人面問冼唔冼炒過碟俾佢,個女人就同個師傅打眼色,然後笑笑口就同空氣講唔使啦,佢係熟客呀嘛係我唔記得寫啫,下次一定記住😤真係厚面皮到一個點好掂👍,呢啲係乜嘢處理態度?自己落漏嘢唔搞返掂佢反而仲喺度恃熟賣熟詐詐諦唔換,為咩啫?可能就係想慳返唔使炒過另外一碟比人呱,都要成本㗎嘛🙄又可能係我諗多咗,個女人出於好意,唔換係唔想個男人再等,一陣𢰸到人哋返工遲到就唔好啦🤔又之不過,人哋個客都冇出聲,我呢啲坐響隔離枱唔關事嘅人,睇到聽到,純粹看在眼裏姐。眼見周圍都咁靜,好心就做好d 野,𢰸乾淨d 地方,比多d 心機煮野,上心d 跟單啦。有咩野出錯就要認真處理下,唔係吓吓都諗住自己會有啲乜蝕底咗,是是但但唔理就算㗎,咁做生意,d 客點會有返頭吖!有時個塲靜唔好生意,都要檢討吓咩問題先得㗎,淨係響度嗌冇生意自己都唔反省一下,怪得邊個啫,明就明,完。

講起呢間茶記,真係明點解香港飲食業難做!我哋居然去咗,係三次都伏!你問點解仲去?咪就係唔信邪囉!首先,等餐等到天荒地老。我心諗:可能即叫即煮,質素有保證吖嘛?唉,原來我太天真。最經典係個海南雞飯:零醬汁! 真係一啲都冇!問伙記,佢反問:「你想要咩醬?」我哋:「跟咩醬咪咩醬囉。」佢:「豉油?」我哋:「...求其俾啲啦唔該!」(成個市場都知海南雞飯跟咩醬㗎下話?)「油飯」奇觀:我哋特登叫「油飯」,嚟到碗白雪雪嘅白飯!問伙記:「呢個係油飯?我哋叫油飯喎。」個伙記自己都要擘大眼睇真啲,拎走咗,轉頭捧返同一碗飯返嚟話:「係油飯嚟㗎,啲油淋咗喺面咋!」(各位觀眾,請評論呢個神回覆!)間舖有位好friendly嘅女士(似經理/老闆娘)週圍巡,但明顯控唔住班伙記。隔離枱叫肉餅飯,嚟錯咗!伙記又係「睇兩睇」,拎走再捧返同一碟出嚟話:「我哋係咁整㗎!」老闆娘聽到走過嚟,一睇就知唔對路,但佢笑騎騎同客講:「俾錯咗你啫,因為你係熟客嘛!」出品求其過求其,伙記hea做扮晒嘢,管理混亂仲要死撐。你問我會唔會去第四次?我諗...會嘅!支持香港經濟 ,有冇人想聽第四集?哈哈哈!

最近我來到銅鑼灣的冰室-喜喜,因為朋友要吸煙,所以揀左呢間,有室外可以坐 。我地一人一碗 新出嘅「🦞龍蝦餐蛋出前一丁」唔包野飲$138,再叫多奶茶$25 。龍蝦餐蛋出前一丁 真係大癲,未試過咁奢侈龍蝦配公仔麵🤣🤣 但係有一個弊病就係刷完個龍蝦啲面會腍晒,所以我建議要同侍應講話硬面,都拆完個龍蝦個都就應該啱啱好🤣講真,嗌個餐蛋麵都60幾,挨個牛面都好似70幾80咁,相對地叫個龍蝦好似感覺抵啲,始終唔係到到有,同埋打卡都型啲🤣🤣🤣然後最估唔到嘅係,我喺度撞到任達華拍攝!!!侍應哥哥仲好Nice幫我問華哥可唔可以影合照,即刻成個麵抵晒🥹🥹🥹

冇諗過可以咁難食!好幾年冇幫襯喜喜冰室,搬咗去一個很隱蔽嘅位置,諗住去試試,結果十分後悔!去到只有兩三台客,叫咗個鮮茄焗牛脷飯等咗30分鐘嚟到個飯只係暖,最差係個汁過酸仲落咗青椒黃椒同洋蔥,不知所謂! 這個係我食過最難食嘅鮮茄焗牛脷飯,服務差,落咗單冇耐個飯都未到收銀員催我埋單,枱面啲刀叉十分污糟揀嚟揀去隻隻差同都都有污漬!不推介以後都唔會去!全港最差有可能就係呢間茶餐廳 !食物非常難食慶幸冇肚痛 😤😤

銅鑼灣早餐選擇不多,去完維園不二之選係《喜喜冰室》,大約$4 x一個餐絕對超值,而且坐得舒服,呢間仲有室外座位,方便煲煙一族。🥢早餐B $46⭐️⭐️⭐️(豬扒煎蛋公仔麵+脆香扒多士+熱華田)兩個餐嘅多士都好好味,非一般牛油多士,呢塊似蒜香味,豬扒味道唔錯又夠腍,至於公仔麵就完全唔掂,預咗係大光麵,但煮得唔夠腍兼且湯底無乜味,扣分!🥢囍茶餐 $65⭐️⭐️⭐️(火腿炒蛋+芝士牛油扒多士+叉燒意粉+熱阿華田)火腿炒蛋加蔥好正,蛋夠香夠滑,牛油多士加芝士好邪惡但勁好味,叉燒又乾又柴好難食,意粉爽口彈牙唔錯,下次睇吓有冇得揀半肥瘦叉先。。。二人共消費:$111
