作為一個新界人,要同啲九龍人一齊食嘢, 梗係要搵啲我哋都方便地方。而呢個地方就非九龍塘莫屬。但朋友話九龍塘都好似冇乜嘢食喎!其實都唔係,又一城開咗好多新色嘅餐廳,而今次我哋就嚟呢度去試試新派嘅韓國菜。環境就有一部分係open area,佈置都有好有節日嘅氣氛,位置都見寬敞舒適。呢度所有野都好想食呀~因為全部都好新式。先點咗一個出名嘅 pizza。英文叫做garlic snowing pizza。呢個pizza入面有蝦, 菠蘿同埋炸蒜片。呢個pizza食落去甜甜地,加上菠蘿油好開胃,上面嬸咗好多芝士粉,食落去好有芝士香,又唔係覺得油膩。而pizza餅好薄, 啱曬女仔因為唔使食咁多麵粉嘛。另外叫左個蒜香忌廉汁蟹肉及龍蝦肉意粉,龍蝦肉同埋蟹肉都好足料。龍蝦好爽口彈牙,忌廉汁甜甜地,加埋啲蒜香,配搭唔錯幾新穎。而且忌廉汁好濃郁,食到咀lam lam。最後一道菜係烤澳洲牛柳配牛油餡角配蒜香忌廉汁及墨西哥辣椒醬。先講一講個醬, 墨西哥辣椒醬就冇乜辣味但係好有椒香。而忌廉汁好似中東酸奶醬好醒。 個牛柳烤得啱啱好,肉質軟淋,嫩滑,放埋入牛油餡角裡面食,成個口感好獨特。如果有埋蔬菜一齊食就更加fit啦。
