很高興九龍塘又一城商場重開,約會家人到商場辦點兒年貨,順道在「Mad for Garlic」用膳。先來特色餐前小食,MFG特色蒜蓉包塔,蒜蓉包塔由女侍應為我們切開,只見她刀法俐落,將每件切開的蒜蓉包上的香蒜蓉都佈滿均勻,蒜蓉包塔除了外型獨特,包香脆、蒜蓉可口,沒有過量牛油也沒有油膩感!再來一客香脆魷魚圈配蒜香蛋黃醬,魷魚肉質比較結實,被薄薄的脆醬包裹著,和乾爽的火箭菜、金蒜片一起品嘗,別有風味。主菜之一是烤澳洲牛柳伴牛油餡角配蒜香忌廉汁及墨西哥辣椒醬,烤牛柳肉味濃郁,肉質鬆軟可口,我用牛油餡角佐熱的蒜香忌廉汁十分美味,嘗試少許墨西哥辣椒醬,不算太辣,整個烤蒜頭很綿糯帶微甜。另一款主菜是大蝦蒜蓉韓式炒牛油飯,啖啖肉的彈牙爽甜大蝦,吃得滋味無窮,韓式炒牛油飯,粒粒飯都很清香乾爽不油膩,很滿意!我們分享蒜頭香蕉朱古力醬薄餅配自家製雲呢嗱雪糕 ,薄餅上舖滿朱古力醬和蒜片、香蕉片,很有新鮮感的甜薄餅!今個晚餐由小食、主菜到甜品都離不開蒜頭、蒜蓉、金蒜片,的確是一個很新的體驗,飽餐後,沒有嚇人的口氣,如果有此擔心,可以櫃台上自取薄荷糖咀嚼。結帳時候,侍應送上利是一封,打開一看,原來是下次堂食薄餅半價惠顧,都很開心! continue reading

希望考慮食呢間野既你認真諗諗你想黎呢度食飯係享受定受氣由一入去個刻我地已經開始聽到個職員串緊我地事源我地比約定既時間遲左15分鐘入去之後個職員就話:「其實你地已經係遲左,要cancel張枱不過而家岩岩好15分鐘你地到左,照俾你地入啦!之後佢又話:「留意返你地用餐時間係90分鐘」咁我地仲有一位朋友未到咁就諗住係門口等多陣先點知個職員就話:「你地訂左18:00咁就由18:00開始計」咁我地無理咁多就入左去啦其實由一開始如果咁緊張啲位點解又唔打黎cfm booking? 客人遲左又唔會打黎問下?之後坐底落完單就黎左呢杯cocktail 先MFG ladies cocktails 呢杯野偏甜咁係我地影緊相既期間突然有位職員沖過黎話:「支野唔可以打斜擺」我地都呆左,本身支野落枱已經係咁🙄⋯⋯果刻我地仲要影緊相突然比佢夾硬嚟整返正支野超無禮貌囉食物方面我地order以下呢啲Arrabbiata呢個係西餐好常見既食物但係佢呢個意粉辣得好唔正常,搶曬蕃茄既味道!而且會辣到灼胃MFG特色彩椒蝦露筍炒牛油飯呢個飯乾到完全食唔出係有用牛油炒,而且無味Garlic Foryou steak呢個扒係最正常,五成熟係岩岩好!蒜頭都好味蝦菠蘿炸蒜片招牌意大利薄餅皮夠脆,蒜片同芝士夠香蒜頭香蕉朱古力醬薄餅配自家雲尼拿雪糕甜品正常無咩特別係上完呢個甜品既時候個職員就問我地仲有無野加之後就話幫我地埋埋張單先個陣距離還枱時間仲有啲時間,但佢既語氣俾人既感覺係佢好想趕我地走正常如果你真係限時,半個鐘前都會last order啦唔係到最後個幾分鐘先問然後就趕你走收到張單個陣,朋友同我地講:「洗唔洗咁趕啊!」之後我話:「可能出面有人等緊掛」突然間個職員插嘴話:「係啊!門口有人等緊架」🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄之後我地好快就食埋個甜品就走走個陣我地突登望下係咪真係無枱到要趕我地走但走個陣見到仲有四,五張吉枱根本由頭到尾唔想做我地生意receptionist 同埋個waiter都好有問題😐可一不可再!食唔食自己諗! continue reading

去又一城睇戲前,選擇了Mad for Garlic吃晚餐。叫了兩道菜蝦、菠蘿、炸蒜片 MFG招牌意大利薄餅: 超級推薦!薄餅焗得剛剛好,香脆而不燶,而且芝士味很濃,加上啖啖的蒜香味,意想不到的夾,偶然還會吃到新鮮大蒜,驚喜!唯一敗筆是蝦沒有蝦味。第二道是特級海鮮意大利珍珠麵,麵的形狀看上去就像一粒粒的白飯,口感煙韌,頗特別。海鮮份量頗足,唯海鮮略嫌沒有鮮味,蝦更加是"梅"的。總括而言,雖然Mad for Garlic 定位為韓國餐廳,但其實並不太韓,很多菜式都十分西式。最初是因為餐廳裝修而被吸引,但一向不好韓國菜的我得悉它是韓國餐廳後便略為卻步,但看到菜式偏向西式風格便決定一試,想不到很有驚喜! continue reading

好耐無見既朋友,大家傾傾下計就揀左呢間,好出名之前又未試過食完之後都唔敢再講野,因為成口都超級蒜味德古拉殺手好味道前菜即刻黎個蒜味濃郁既德古拉殺手,焗蒜頭有olive oil調味,熱辣辣放係法包上一齊食,廳感覺幾特別,不過食落無想像中咁蒜味香濃同驚艷,不過不失鮮嫩菠菜煙肉碧根果仁沙律配脆蒜片及黑醋汁好味道沙律個人覺得比德古拉更好味,炸蒜片香脆可口,菠菜超級新鮮翠綠,加埋啲果仁香真心一個好好既配搭好快就食哂成個沙律香辣三重蒜味海鮮意粉好味道成餐飯最估唔到咁好食係呢個意粉!個人黎講真係覺得超級好味佢係韓式既辣味,但又超香蒜味,意粉炒到岩岩好,又彈牙又吸引到香辣味海鮮好多款,有蝦有青口有魷魚,樣樣都啖啖肉十級推介如果鐘意食辣同海鮮牛柳粒肉醬炒意大利闊條麵配蒜香忌廉好味道.5朋友就覺得呢個意粉係全餐最好味!佢覺得個蒜香忌廉同闊條麵好襯,佢本身好鐘意肉醬,所以覺得餐廳煮得唔錯,簡單但夠味我個人黎講就覺得還好,因為上一個意粉實在太岩我口味焗香脆蘋果金寶配糖漬蒜伴自家製雲呢拿雪糕好味道.5最後嗌個甜品做結尾,可能我同朋友仔都麻麻地個糖漬蒜頭,覺得蒜味加甜味好似有少少唔識點形容不過蘋果金寶同雪糕都好好味 continue reading
