經朋友介紹,先知原來開左水產磯燒店,見係附近就上黎試試平目壽司,油甘魚壽司,師傅的手勢不錯,飯控制的很好,兩款魚都很新鮮,平目壽司亦都有更好口感帆立貝刺身和甜蝦刺身,帆立貝真係好新鮮好鮮甜,甜蝦亦都無得輸,食住兩款刺身,慢慢等最期待的甲羅燒蟹味甲羅燒,味噌味和其他味道都不會蓋過蟹味,而且還有蟹籽增加口感,啖啖蟹味令人大滿足鹽燒牛舌,基本上每次食日本野,都會叫牛舌,這款是薄牛舌,燒得外脆內軟味道剛剛好野菜烏冬和紫菜海膽天婦羅,兩款一齊食,就好似變左天婦羅烏冬,烏冬比教幼身,食落好滑,海膽天婦羅海膽味濃,已經還有青椒天婦羅配合,減少油膩感
