秋涼天,最好就去鐵板燒或打邊爐,因為可以吃到最熱騰騰的食物嘛。這晚獨自一人在佐敦,就去鐵板燒囉~在柯士甸站出口不遠處,找到S2鐵板燒。樂師傅知道我不吃牛,就推介我這個 日本十勝豚肉套餐,認真不錯啊。先來個日式沙律杯,有豆腐、雪耳、爽脆沙律菜,挺開胃的。再來是三點刺身鮮甜,牡丹蝦,帆立貝是固定的,另一款就看當天有那些新鮮食材,這晚是三文魚。 我喜歡吃牡丹蝦,勁鮮甜,還有黏黏的口感;厚切帆立貝一開四,粒粒都勁有口感。鐵板燒正式開始,第一道是勁推介的香草煎焗三文魚!  賣相已經好吸引,三文魚皮薄脆得像薯片,但魚肉卻是這樣的嫩滑juicy! 點解可以咁好食架!  讚!讚!讚!  再讚的是花旗參青欖茶,好貼心,讓客人消油膩清熱氣。之後是鐵板焗大蜆,最愛蜆殼類,火喉控制得宜,剛開口的大蜆,加上辣汁,爆汁惹味又幼嫩,yummy!吃了海鮮就停不到口,再加上坐在鐵板燒旁,看到師傅在燒蟶子及蠔,我也忍不住散點了來滿足口癮。生蠔不屬肥大肉厚,蠔味頗重,蠔身在半生熟之間滑入口中,美味。另點了蟶子,肥厚爽彈,加上醬料與紫蘇葉調味,推介。主菜是日本十勝豚肉厚切,十勝豚肉不需全熟,師傅把牠切厚粒,更方便進食,一口一

主菜是日本十勝豚肉厚切,十勝豚肉不需全熟,師傅把牠切厚粒,更方便進食,一口一粒,脂香四溢,肉質爽嫩豐膄,入口是如此的鮮甜又不失焦香。

S2鐵板時令紙包蜆湯,這天是西洋菜蜆湯,加熱的方式好特別啊﹗ 真係得?真係得?味道頗濃郁,至喉嚨時有點苦澀,加點忌廉會更順喉啊﹗
