放假同朋友去了葵芳逛街,未夠7點這間丸十門口已經大排長龍,兩個人又想食日本菜,所以攞左飛仔再逛逛等位。入到去被安排坐在鐵板前面,對住一個大魚缸,有龍蝦鮑魚等新鮮海鮮。朋友建議食最便宜的鐵板海鮮餐。蟹籽沙律爽脆開胃,每啖都有我至愛的蟹籽。北海道帆立貝肉厚且嫩,表面煎熟裏面剛好,帶點微微的刺身狀。車海老雖然無膏,但蝦肉新鮮爽脆;日本廣島蠔一個字形容,鮮!外面煎成金蠔狀,裏面蠔味濃郁且滑。野菜燒有三色椒、蘆筍及雜菌等,炒得香口。厚燒米國牛肉表面煎到焦香,裏面帶點粉肉色,牛肉油脂較少,肉質比較有咬口。丸十鐵板和牛炒飯以洋葱及和牛粒炒香,加上日本珍珠米煙韌爽口,但和牛肉略媒不夠油脂香味。旁邊有綠茶粉,客人可因應個人喜好而調較茶的濃淡度。
