今晚同朋友興祝,去了間日式居酒屋,這裡食物新鮮,並由店員為顧客在爐前浜燒,服務及食物水準都唔錯,內裡裝修好有居酒屋味道,而個個擺放青酒嘅地方都真係好有心思!先來點了個東瀛五點刺身$368,超新鮮,有赤蝦、吞拿、三文、帶子、同埋油甘魚,肉質新鮮,入口肥美,帶子夠晒鮮甜軟滑,赤蝦肉質亦十分軟滑,另外加了個雲丹蚧肉卷$198,每件上面都放滿了海膽,而中間就係蚧肉,上面帶鮮味嘅海膽,再加埋蚧肉嘅口感,在入口有雙重嘅口感,到了今晚嘅重點南瀛海鮮盛合$568,有大海老、鮑魚、牡蠣、帆立貝、松葉蟹蟹腳、同埋啲蛤蜊,份量十足,全由店員協助在爐上浜燒,先將帆立貝同鮑魚一齊在爐上燒,店員在帆立貝上加上清酒一起燒,並細心地剪開再上枱,肉質爽口彈牙鮮甜,而隻鮑魚較需時,所以店員放了蛤蜊在爐上燒,鮑魚差不多時店員去殼開邊再燒多會,入口夠晒香,而中間仍然十分爽口彈牙煙韌!而蛤蜊味道亦都十分新味!牡蠣亦十分肥美,有陣香濃郁海水味道燒得啱啱好!而蟹腳肉質爽口彈牙鮮甜,最後就係大海老,先燒至半熟,再由背脊剪開,再燒,肉質十分爽彈鮮味!唔覺唔覺咁慢慢食要用上差不多個半小時,但最緊要係好食,可以慢慢欣賞品嘗美食就係人生最好
