一直都好鐘意食蒸氣鍋,如果食材夠新鮮,特別係海鮮,即蒸即食無添加真係鮮味無窮,可能你會話,係街市買完番屋企蒸咪一樣,但,相信清潔過海鮮的你,都會知道有幾麻煩,更何況係咁多種類o既海鮮,逐樣洗你都咪話唔攞命,呢個重任我都係交番部餐廳做啦位於厚福街的正宗水上人蒸氣鍋,門面裝修得不錯,由地下上樓梯一屠就到餐廳一坐底就梗係睇下今日睇乜餸先,有散叫有套餐,寫晒每樣食材需要蒸幾耐,但其實係唔需要用到的,我係下面會解釋,我地兩個懶人當然揀套餐啦,乜都有唔洗煩,套餐有分3個價錢 - $398、$498、$598,我地今晚叫左$398個餐,記得記得係FB讚好係特價時段送沙白蜆5隻或正價時段送蒜蓉蒸蟶子皇每位一隻就係呢個蒸鍋會擔起今晚重中之重o既重任,為我地逐樣新鮮食材蒸好,旁邊有個時間制,唔洗驚會蒸過龍,上文講到唔需要睇每樣野蒸幾耐,係因為店員會由頭到尾幫你逐樣食材放入蒸爐,再較好時間,煮好就會過黎幫你拎出,根本就唔需要自己操勞,超貼身照顧外面有大量醬料俾你慢慢混醬,但其實我覺得新鮮海鮮係唔需要落任何醬料,食佢原汁原味先最正每張枱旁邊都有一架小車俾你擺食材,枱面就企理得多夏枯草 ($48)雖然今晚食蒸鍋

雖然今晚食蒸鍋唔熱氣,但呢排食左好多上火食物,就叫左黎下一下火,夏枯草真材實料,唔似好多餐廳淨係加好多糖水,飲得舒服

首先黎到的當然係粥料啦,材料有南瓜同豬骨,就咁放係鍋底唔需要加任何水,之後係上面蒸海鮮就會自然滴晒精華落去煲熟佢

由於今日無鑽石蜆,所以轉左來自韓國的胭脂蚌,變相更高級,我地賺左了(笑),胭脂蚌同花蛤皇都開晒口,肉大而厚,証明夠晒新鮮,唔需要加任何醬汁就咁食就最正,吃得出的鮮味

元貝已切離殼方便食用,連帶子位都食到唔會浪費,上面加左黑松露醬,黑松露醬經調較後無平時咁濃,就唔會蓋過元貝的鮮味

珠江奄仔蟹

先將成隻奄仔蟹蒸熟,然後店員會幫你將其分半,一人食一邊,奄仔蟹蒸好之後個肚已經爆晒膏出黎,見到都流口水,一開邊睇到入面我嘩左出黎,估唔到佢蟹仔細細,但係有咁多膏,真係不得了

終於終於黎到最緊張o既時候啦~ 一打開蒸鍋下面已經變成橙黃色的粥,表示所有頭先蒸過o既海鮮精華已經落晒去,南瓜已經煮到爛晒溶左入粥,每人可以分到2碗粥,呢碗粥真係不得了,鮮味十足,大愛!

最後送上西瓜為今晚劃上完美句號

今晚呢餐我可以用完美同精彩黎形用,食材新鮮,店員貼身照顧,完全唔洗擔心自己會煮過龍,我一定會再黎食!
