和朋友經過尖沙咀,想去吃火鍋,剛好經過這家,又看到openrice很多like,就進去試試。坐下看餐單時,看到兩人套餐最便宜的是498,覺得很便宜,就點了!後來我朋友才提醒我,是$498一個人,我才恍然大悟!海鮮拿來時覺得$498的價錢,好像太少了,不過心想應該新鮮,也就算了。侍應逐一幫我們放入鍋內蒸,不用自己動手,但他們態度麻麻。海鮮不過不失,蟹和鮑魚不錯,但蜆和龍蝦就一般。食完海鮮,最後有紅棗糕、粥和西瓜。我們又叫左啤酒和汽水,埋單,千二,單上寫著茶介每人$56。驚訝了一下,這茶介也太貴了吧!而且吃這一點海洋加上這樣的服務,我不如拿600去酒店吃自助餐,這個月Cafe KOOL的自助餐也才$484!突然覺得自己又笨了一回! continue reading

父親大人最鐘意食海鮮,鯉魚門果d 海鮮太油太咸,靈機一觸不如試下蒸海鮮,一位位咁比錢,又唔洗驚比人呃秤,食得舒服安心蒸汽火鍋通常都用草帽做蓋,原來係可以吸收蒸汽,防止倒汗水跌落鍋內影響食材鮮味我地簡左$498一位既套餐:1. 貝類,馬刀貝,韓國芒蜆staff 一開始放珍珠米落鍋底,再放南瓜粒同豬骨,上面再放蒸盤同海鮮,夠鐘staff 就幫我地開草帽。蜆原汁原味,馬刀貝大大隻,肉質飽滿,唔洗點醬汁已經好好味!食完後,staff 幫我地將蒸盤傾斜,令淨低既蜆汁精華落到下面既粥,一路食已經一路好期待個粥2.芝士貴妃蚌加芝士比較新穎,但食落有d 失望,芝士吊唔起蚌既鮮甜味3. 黃金汁蟶子黃金汁,即係燈籠椒汁,好味呀!終於試到唔係蒜蓉蒸既蟶子!而且味道好夾3. 翡翠汁蒸鮑魚staff 話翡翠汁即係菠菜汁,不過我食到似香草味,anyway 都係好味既,鮑魚唔會過熟,口感好,不過有d d 腥4. 龍蝦一人半隻龍蝦,size 唔算大,但好在口感結實啖啖肉,有鮮味5.肉蟹令人驚艷既肉蟹,蟹肉味好濃,又滑又juicy, 鮮甜味最出係肉蟹,所以擺係蒸海鮮既最後一道😜6. 蟲草蒸雞d 雞蒸到連雞胸都滑!調味都唔錯,加上沾到岩岩肉蟹既湯汁,好味!7. 芥蘭蒸完既芥蘭好爽口,發現店家好有心思,芥蘭寒涼,所以擺埋d 薑係上面,完全感受到佢地既用心,加分👍🏻👍🏻8. 紅棗糕&蜂巢糕2 樣都好好味,我食左蜂巢糕先,食落好香甜,質地好特別,唔錯唔錯。紅棗糕ok去食既朋友仔建議食左紅棗糕先,因為蜂巢糕較甜9. 南瓜豬骨粥重頭戲黎啦煲左個幾鐘既粥好綿好滑,重點係超級超級鮮美,每一口都有海鮮既精華!我食到最重既係肉蟹既味,雖然好飽,都忍唔住食左一碗粥😌😌😌10.西瓜食到依到,我已經棄權了🤣老公話ok 甜店家用料新鮮,調味新穎有心思,staff 服務都非常好好細心,會問洗唔洗抖抖再蒸下一樣,照顧你既需要,抵讚👍🏻👍🏻加上父親大人食到眉開眼笑,身為女兒既我份外覺得滿足 continue reading
