日本磯燒响香港越嚟越流行,今晚去銅鑼灣食一間叫漁獲浜燒,唔知水準如何青森象拔蚌刺身非常爽脆鮮甜,比一般加拿大象貨味道再濃一啲,新鮮好食甲羅燒味道甘甜,蟹味濃,要用清酒伴食磯燒最先上嘅係白貝,大大隻燒到啱啱熟,充滿海水味活南非鮑魚燒完之後不但唔乾身,亦都唔太韌,而且仲有輕輕嘅炭火香味,唔錯北海道活扇貝非常大隻,非常厚肉,加咗牛油清酒燒,火候又控制得好好,勁好味波士頓龍蝦燒之前仲俾我哋拍照,果然新鮮生猛。我哋選擇咗用蛋黃醬燒,令味道更濃。師傅細心將蟹爪同蟹鉗去殼,令我哋食得好方便。而蟹身更係好俾心機慢慢燒,由生燒到熟,食到蟹肉嘅鮮甜同彈牙嘅口感,讚👍最後嘅海膽炒飯都唔錯,炒得乾身,裏面仲有切到好碎嘅洋蔥粒,有口感之餘仲多咗一種蔬菜嘅甜味,飽肚大滿足😋
