今晚來到銅鑼灣逸園中心的漁獲浜燒慶祝一下、聽說這裡的刺身十分新鮮、浜燒亦很出色。坐下先點杯巨峰提子汽酒、酒味唔重但果味香濃👍🏻我們點了龍蝦刺身、超級新鮮、透明如翡翠的龍蝦肉非常爽甜特製黑松露炙燒平目魚邊沙律以黑松露油拌勻的沙律充斥著黑松露香氣、平目魚向來都多魚油、炙燒過後更顯肥美、跟酸甜的沙律剛好中和了。味噌蟹甲羅燒配多士甲羅燒裡滿是濃郁的蟹膏、配上脆卜卜多士😘來這裡當然要點個特上漁獲浜燒盛合啦~ 有珍寶大蝦、松葉蟹柳、鮑魚、蠔、加配了活帆立貝、有專人替我們燒、可以安心坐著等吃。清酒煮帆立貝可吃出最原始的鮮味。燒鮑魚夠爽口龍蝦二食- 這個釀了蟹肉、蟹膏的龍蝦肉以浜燒形式送上、上面帶點焦香、蟹膏燒得好香、伴飯吃一流😎另外點的雞泡魚乾、甜甜的好好味。甜品要了個柚子雪芭、以原個柚子盛上、好可愛、冰涼refreshing ~
