Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次因為等位時出現混亂,所以扣左少少服務分。今次明顯有進步,入門口等位嗰姐姐會先問下你係幾多個人,mark低左就同你安排,所以今次加返分比佢。大家請留意lunch time係冇得訂位既,先到先坐。Sushi Set: 前菜:原來每日既前菜係唔同既。今次係雜菜。咸甜適中,幾開胃,唔錯。 壽司盤:平時去第二D餐廳食sushi set lunch總覺得Dsushi好唔新鮮,好似係早一晚賣剩嗰D咁。不過昨日喺一遊食嗰D,正係睇都覺得靚,放埋入口真係比我想像中新鮮。Salmon, Hamachi, Scallop同個maki係我最欣賞既。一個問題:個豉油碟太高,所以係好難點個sushi落去。客人每每都會加到好高而浪費左D豉油。 Mini Udon:個湯好清,入面有菜。有時食完壽司會覺得溜,所以有碗烏冬可以暖吓胃之餘亦可以解下溜。 上次個餐飲要左個好唔掂既涷咖啡,所以今次要左杯安全少少既涷檸檬茶。Good decision,果然係安全。甜味係水吧教既,所以如果你想飲少甜,落單時要講埋。
