To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日專程由港島走入元朗目的係為左睇大棠紅葉, 其次肯定係為左搵食啦!元朗出左名多野食緊係之前上網做定功課啦! 網上見D間小店好多人推介, 加上又有得訂位緊係來踩下場試下佢啦!試新野既識食緊係食中午, 平D又無咁多人. 星期六既中午餐廳仍然會有setlunch 簡直係抵讚! 我地每人都比 <松> d 個 set lunch 吸引左, 所以都叫埋同一樣, 各有各食啦!套餐, 先來個三文魚面豉湯暖一暖胃, 再來個沙律開返個胃, 跟住來個蒸蛋, 個蒸蛋又熱又滑真好食, 唯一係唔夠咸, 可能我食得比較重味啦, 我加左少少豉油掉返個味, 正!!主菜出場啦 – 8件壽司+3個吞拿魚小卷, 見到咁新鮮已經流哂口水啦! 有牡丹蝦, 中拖羅, 油甘, 池魚, 鱆紅魚, 帶子, 三文魚籽, 海膽. 每一樣都好好食又鮮又甜.而我最愛既係中拖羅, 魚既油脂剛好, 食完口腔內還有餘味, 諗起都想再食呀!! 食完仲有飯後甜品, 雪米磁, 真係小窩心呀!! 讚讚讚 !!!
