薑蔥龍躉腩煲龍躉鮮味肉厚帶Q彈,嫩滑唔腥,又啖啖肉,簡簡單單用薑蔥嘅配搭,不會喧賓奪主帶出了龍躉鮮味又惹味。砂鍋雲吞雞熬出來的雞湯呈微微奶白色,帶點油脂,入口鮮香清甜,但又唔會覺得油膩,啖湯飲落好鮮甜冇無味精唔會口渴,而菜吸收左雞湯特別好食,而雞肉煮得嫩滑有半隻雞,雲吞份量多 有8粒,雲吞皮好薄好足料。椒鹽一口豆腐豆腐內軟滑,豆味濃,表面炸得金黃酥脆,完全冇油份,加上面頭香口的椒鹽粒,非常有層次感。
