在旺角上班早就留意有新酒店即將開幕,搵食觸角已不停留意有無好野食,終於發現開了一間中菜叫鷹巢,個名就有d氣勢,馬上去試下得唔得。酒店好靚,中餐係落地玻璃窗,環境好舒服,未食先開心。午市點心種類不算太多,不過侍應推介叉燒皇,話係慢煮厚切,果然是極品,成寸厚叉燒咬入口竟然非常軟滑,肥瘦比例恰到好處,肉香油香加上燒烤過的蜜香,全檯8個同事都即刻俾like, 仲話一定要帶屋企人來試。8個人試左唔少點心,水準非常好,其中最推介的是炒蘿蔔糕,小方型上,所以煎香的面積均勻,又剛夠一口,特別好味,叉燒包都推介,因為普通的一個叉燒包,包皮做得鬆軟,配上多汁叉燒餡,拎上手都軟綿綿,包有香味,都唔係好多地方做到。必試一定是紅豆千層椰汁糕,賣相已經好靚一層紅一層白,未食已飄來椰香,紅豆更是滑滑起沙,椰香豆滑,又不會太甜,想不來一個簡單甜品也如此精彩。同事都吃得非常滿意,價錢算合理,畢竟是4星酒店的中餐,午飯差不多$120/人,但餐廳環境好,又唔多檯,唔會逼,食物質素仲非常好,旺角區都應該得這家,作為一個旺角人,又多一個搵食地方。
