放工同朋友去咗食呢間新派日式鐵板燒,見到平日都full,就知道嘢食都應該唔錯😆,好彩我哋有book位。首先嚟個前菜沙律($28),凍蕃茄加上香蔥粒同埋蒜蓉粒,配上開胃醬汁,惹味得來又清新😋我同朋友都係海鮮控,梗係要食下燒海鮮啦。南非鮑魚($98)燒得火候好好👍🏻,師傅切開一片片,爽爽滑滑,一啲都唔會韌,配上燒汁,更加帶起鮑魚鮮味😋。我哋一坐低已經見到個水缸有澳洲龍蝦,即刻心心眼😍當然要叫一隻啦($588)。有兩款醬汁可以揀,我哋揀咗海膽醬燒龍蝦😍,另一款係香草牛油。龍蝦超級新鮮,真係即撈即燒,蝦肉爽彈滑😋,鮮甜juicy👍🏻。海膽醬幾香,我覺得如果再加返幾粒海鹽更加可以吊起龍蝦鮮味。港島燒($128)有別於一般嘅大阪燒、廣島燒。呢個係用上港式材料,有叉燒、臘腸、蝦米、肉鬆,食嘅時候可以按自己喜好加上紫菜碎、同埋酸薑,幾特別,幾有新意👍🏻,而且味道唔錯😋松葉蟹肉海膽炒飯 ($188),呢個炒得好有鑊氣香口,日本珍珠米粒粒分明,配上鮮甜松葉蟹肉、海膽,加上香蔥粒,超正😍呢度啲海膽唔會好細碎,份量都幾多,新鮮唔腥,幾鮮甜😋好少炒飯食到咁靚嘅海膽。黑松露香草牛油焗雜菌 ($88)黑松露焗雜菌好

松葉蟹肉海膽炒飯 ($188),呢個炒得好有鑊氣香口,日本珍珠米粒粒分明,配上鮮甜松葉蟹肉、海膽,加上香蔥粒,超正😍呢度啲海膽唔會好細碎,份量都幾多,新鮮唔腥,幾鮮甜😋好少炒飯食到咁靚嘅海膽。

黑松露焗雜菌好多地方都有得食,而且都通常好食嘅😋,但呢度咁多蟲草花就真係少見,好滋補嘅感覺😂

呢個超級惹味香口,不得了。有兩種茄子,紫色嗰種同埋白茄子,好好食😋,一食就停唔到口,送酒一流👍🏻

唐揚南國鳳尾 ($78)
呢個係朋友點嘅,我本身就真係好少食雞pat pat🙈呢度炸得幾香口,調味幾好,點埋芥辣或者酸汁都唔錯㗎。鍾意食雞pat pat嘅人應該會覺得滿滿嘅油脂好甘香。

飲品方面,我哋就叫咗巨乳黑莓($88)同埋17碎半($78)。前者係Cocktail,後者係Mocktail,兩杯嘅賣相同味道都唔錯👍🏻
