「杜洛克豬肋眼配野菌汁及炒菠菜苗 PLUMA DE CERDO DUROC」:Duroc Pork Pluma 據說係優質豬肉,以其卓越嘅大理石花紋同柔嫩度而聞名,位置係喺腰部末端靠近肩部嘅一塊三角形肉,其瘦肉同埋肌肉內脂肪嘅比例好均衡,味道鮮美又多汁🤣,雖然煮熟咗見唔到大理石花紋,不過每一件豬肉都四四正正,軟熟得嚟有啲啲咬頭又幾好豬味🤣;嗰個蘑菇汁亦都幾好味😋;仲有啲新鮮爽脆嘅 Broccolini 同 Brussels Sprouts 🤣
