To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 旺記冰室英文名Mon Kee,所以logo就係隻好可愛嘅馬騮仔~~~呢度午市套餐選擇唔多,都係茶記最基本嘅常餐,但開喺旅遊區,包多士炒蛋同飲品,唔算太貴。如果想多啲變化茶市會係更好嘅選擇~因為食埋厚多士會太飽,所以我加咗錢轉柚子醋沙律。用4.3牛奶炒嘅日本蛋蛋味幾濃陏,旋風炒蛋好多蛋汁夠晒滑溜。因為見到係忌廉雞湯底好似好creamy咁,所以即使係較簡單嘅火腿通粉都照殺!忌廉味唔係好濃,出色在於用有紋貴價通粉,唔會煮到一pat嘢,咬落彈牙吸湯。鮑絲火腿絲都幾多。加錢嘅薑汁奶茶值得一試。係少見嘅配搭,加咗薑汁茶味更出。本來幾期待試試冰室特飲,點知茶市先有,3pm都好難搵機會試喇......好可惜!!
