To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新年食得太多肥膩食物, 偶爾食一餐素菜清清腸胃也不錯。 不少朋友介紹 悠蔬食。 最主要是款式多, 除了中式素菜 ,還有西式意粉 ,甜品素食。😋😋😋選擇性價比非常高的Dinner set:松茸竹笙黃耳百合燉湯清潤滋補, 竹笙黃耳爽口, 雖然是素湯,但是非常清甜鮮味😍。麻醬牛蒡青瓜粉皮牛蒡爽口, 配上麻醬的青瓜粉皮十分清新。泰式鮮果沙律雪梨+ 提子 +火箭菜, 再配上超級食物 同埋泰式醬汁, 酸酸辣辣 非常醒胃。黑松露野菜忌廉燴扁意粉 伴 溏心蛋意粉彈牙爽口, 非常香濃嘅黑松露, 配上 意大利 品種的青瓜和黃色青瓜, 清新味美。 溏心蛋嫩滑流心。香芒牛油果苜蓿芽手捲芒果牛油果味道簡直係perfect match。 配上香脆嘅紫菜, 簡直係我嘅至愛。焦糖海鹽榛子千層班戟班戟皮濕潤煙韌, 忌廉香滑, 焦糖海鹽 未到突出, 估唔到呢度嘅蛋糕係咁好食。

清潤滋補, 竹笙黃耳爽口, 雖然是素湯,但是非常清甜鮮味😍。

麻醬牛蒡青瓜粉皮
牛蒡爽口, 配上麻醬的青瓜粉皮十分清新。
