一直以來我都好鍾意食上海菜,一來鍾意食濃味,二來菜式數量很多,可以叫到整台都是餸菜,又不會太過昂貴。係堅尼地城地鐵站B出口就見到上海姥姥,朋友同我講間餐廳係佢嘅飯堂每星期仲要食一次先至完滿。一嚟到就叫咗個招牌菜蔥油餅,有別於普通上海店做法,蔥油餅外皮好鬆脆食落口感似食傳統小食「角仔」一樣,蔥香隨之慢慢滲出嚟。小籠包小籠包真係可以用皮薄餡靚黎形容,聽我朋友講普通一隻小籠包是18摺,喺度食嘅係22節相當好師傅手藝,小籠包皮夠薄,更加睇到包內肉汁係度盪下盪下姥姥精選冷盤係度85蚊可以任揀3款前菜醉雞 好香嘅酒味而且非常嫩滑餚肉啫哩既外層,中間係瘦肉,肥而不膩,放入口鬆軟嘅豬肉係口入面溶化海蜇係我最愛嘅小食之一,勁爽口,好香麻油香手製排骨拉麵食上海野又點少得一個正宗嘅排骨麵呢?排骨炸到金黃鬆脆,入面粉紅,食落口好有口感,因為排骨係厚切的!而湯麵好彈牙,湯底好好味!份量都不小!黃金蝦球用香濃惹味嘅鹹蛋黃炒大蝦,大蝦口感爽口酥脆,滋味鮮美,食完一隻又一隻呀!!!
