To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同班同事收工去咗中環「飲茶」食晚飯,呢間主打摩登中式茶居嘅餐廳真係幾有驚喜!佢哋晚市做緊18蚊「脆皮妙齡乳鴿」!乳鴿皮脆到一個點,咬落去肉質嫩滑,好juicy 。跟埋手套同濕紙巾,食完都唔怕成手油淋淋。前菜叫咗個「雞絲拉皮」,夏天食真係一流!涼皮滑lulu ,雞絲嫩滑唔老,青瓜絲切得幼細爽脆。個芝麻醬夠晒香,開胃得嚟又唔會太膩。「爆汁嫩酥魚」外皮炸到金黃色,一咬開見到啲魚肉仲係雪白嫩滑。配埋佢地嘅特製醬汁,好有滋味。「懷舊西檸煎軟雞」雞扒煎得外脆內嫩,唔油膩。個檸檬醬酸甜度啱啱好,仲加咗新鮮檸檬片,食落特別醒胃。
