諗緊食邊間buffet既時候,發現greenery岩岩新推出左一系列以鮑魚做主題既野食,所以就吸引左黎試,其中一樣係鮑魚鍋粑,一眼望落去,見到成個原隻鮑魚真係覺得好吸引同好足料,buffet既價錢可以食到呢d其實性價比係好高,同埋鍋粑亦都好鬆脆,所以整體黎講鮑魚鍋粑無論賣相定係味道都係有水準既。酥皮焗鮑魚係要憑券換領一人一份既,第一次試呢種配搭既食法感覺幾特別,外皮好鬆脆,入面係原隻鮑魚,再加埋啲沙律醬係入面,一咬落去比我想像中入味,同埋口感都好豐富,值得一試呀!鮑魚海鮮茄汁長通粉無d咩好突出好特別既味道,鮑魚配茄汁長通粉呢個配搭都有些少奇怪,所以唔會太想夾完再夾,不過都唔係話好差既,只係對比其他款式略為普通,味道都不過不失啦。鮑片花膠配雞腳,認真無諗過食自助餐都可以食到d咁補既野,buffet既價錢食到花膠呢d真係抵到爛。去食buffet當然唔少得食海鮮啦,見到咁多海鮮已經覺得好豐富,仲要蝦、螺、青口呢三樣本身自己都好鍾意食,所以都忍唔住夾左好多黎食,三款既味道都唔錯,但特別鐘意食青口,因為肉質真係好鮮甜,食完覺得好滿足。焗蠔配牛油汁既賣相唔錯,濃濃既牛油汁令到焗蠔既味道更豐富,d牛

去食buffet當然唔少得食海鮮啦,見到咁多海鮮已經覺得好豐富,仲要蝦、螺、青口呢三樣本身自己都好鍾意食,所以都忍唔住夾左好多黎食,三款既味道都唔錯,但特別鐘意食青口,因為肉質真係好鮮甜,食完覺得好滿足。

焗蠔配牛油汁既賣相唔錯,濃濃既牛油汁令到焗蠔既味道更豐富,d牛油汁亦都鋪滿得好平均,唔會過多而蓋過左蠔既味道,仍然保留到蠔既鮮香味,整體黎講係幾香濃,幾開胃。

壽司既擺盤有d奇怪,相入面既壽司係加州卷,味道層次係幾豐富既,因為有好足料既配料,蟹籽呀沙津醬個d,令到味道變得更濃郁。

仲有呢到既燒味款式都算幾多,叉燒、燒鴨、乳豬呀之類,不過略嫌唔夠熱,可能擺得耐但個保溫燈又唔夠work,呢一方面係可以改進下。

呢到既甜品款式唔算話太多,同埋大家都夾到東一忽西一忽咁,搞到個甜品corner好亂無曬食慾,不過值得一提同讚既係蝴蝶酥可以任食,本身帝苑酒店既蝴蝶酥不嬲都好出名,所以係吸引既。
