fusion 風格既酒吧餐廳,無論飲品定菜式既配搭都好新穎~香煎紐西蘭雞胸,喇沙醬紅毛豬肋骨配炸美國薯仔及蟹籽甜酸醬($188)雞胸外皮煎到香脆,雞肉一d都唔輆,豬肋骨睇落好似好乾,但咬落充滿肉汁而且好入味。炸薯仔用既係美國焗薯,薯仔味比較突出,配埋蟹籽甜酸醬一齊食可以減低飽滯感。24小時伊比利亞叉燒,溏心蛋,紅洋蔥漬,香噴噴香蔥豬油撈飯($178)店員建議就咁試豬油撈飯先,可以試到豬油既甘香。之後再同溏心蛋、紫菜碎撈埋,味道即時變得更豐富。叉燒帶少少肥肉,肉質好淋,冇牙都應該𡁻到😂。如果覺得太膩既過,可以食d紅洋蔥漬,化解油膩感。格子鬆餅/中式甘蔗年糕/是日風味($98)西式既窩夫同中式既年糕。相當唔啦更但係外層既窩夫香脆,裡面既年糕軟糯,2樣一齊食又幾夾。是日風味係栗子醬同雜莓醬再加一大球雲呢拿雪糕,加上3件窩夫。份量仲飽過正餐。而且性價比高,真係「幾蘭正」蜜糖桂花($120)味道清甜,有陣陣桂花香味,夾雜住少少酒香越式椰子咖啡沙冰($68)淡淡既椰香味加上香濃既咖啡。正所謂寒天飲沙冰,滋味在心頭😂
