To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 福臨門的包點陣午餐後,朋友也相約前來這間米芝蓮二星店新同樂吃午餐,除了點心,也點了幾款菜式試試。用餐前,侍應先送上腰果及番石榴的小吃,腰果是店內即炸,十分香口,番石榴酸酸甜甜,爽口好吃。點心先來水晶鮮蝦餃,$48,蝦餃晶瑩剔透,澄皮誘薄不黏筷,蝦肉爽口鮮甜,挺好吃。鮮圍蝦魚蓉白燒賣,$46,鯪魚肉加上臘味粒打成的肉球,甚有咬口,味道不腥,卻帶點鮮,面層放著的圍蝦色澤就不錯,不過就沒有甚麼鮮甜味,但整體這白燒賣也都好吃。金包銀絲腸粉,$50,透薄的腸粉皮包著香脆油條,內裡釀水滿蘿蔔條絲,香脆口感,外皮不黏腍,吃下有點鮮甜蘿蔔汁,這個好吃。鮮鮑魚糯米雞,$68,糯米口感黏糯,不會太軟腍濕淋,醬汁味道香濃,也挺惹味。即燒乳豬件,乳豬皮十分香脆,皮下脂肪層適中,並釀入蝦膠,油脂甘香,肉也鮮甜,夾起來吃很不錯。燒汁乾煏牛肋骨,$128,招牌菜式之一,牛肋骨肉炆得軟腍鬆化,入口像是即融化開,燒汁味道濃郁,肉很入味,少許甜甜的,令人喜愛。加上骨位帶點膠質及脂肪,更油潤豐腴。梅菜扣肉包,$38,扣肉份量十足,味道挺香,而油份滲入包身內,所以不會吃得滿口盡是油,若然梅菜比較多一點的話就更好。酥皮蛋撻,$

酥皮蛋撻,$39三隻,蛋撻賣相並不討好,酥皮層焗得未夠透徹,吃下很重油漬味,蛋味也淡,這個令人失望。酥皮馬蹄糕,$48三件,酥皮軟腍,不夠鬆脆,夾著的馬蹄糕甜味不足,也不太好吃。

期後兩款相對較為正常,但也不算突出好吃,奶黃馬孻卷,$30,吃下有點奶香,但糕身不夠鬆軟。栗蓉西米焗布甸,$42,中心栗蓉偏少,但味道幸好自然,不會很甜膩,也可以接受。

這頓飯還未開始吃時,發現天花不停漏水至我坐位旁的檯上,整餐飯也有水滴彈出來,也不知有沒有彈進食物內,不多不少也擔心著衛生問題。但跟侍應說過他也沒有甚麼理會,只是叫我坐開一點,相信這也不應該是米芝蓮二星店應有的服務吧。
