To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

作為譚仔三哥忠粉（可以日日食既節奏）向三哥出左酸辣撈薯粉之後，竟然遲遲都未嚟食🤫今日終於有時間過嚟試下！.▪️酸辣撈薯粉（加餸）$45本身配料有豬耳、雲耳、薄脆同青瓜，但驚唔夠都係叫埋麥遠。值得一讚既就係會送一次性圍裙，驚你食到件衫都係👻 個個食完都話好辣，肥師奶覺得辣嘅程度就還可以接受，配料份量其實唔係好多，所以建議再另外點餸。薄脆口感唔錯，但細舊左少少。至於薯粉係偏粗身，唔算好林，三哥酸辣味係幾正嘅▫️蜜桃乳酸 $10乳酸味唔多重，不過可以接受，呢個價錢都唔好要求太多～.個人黎講都係比較鍾意三哥嘅湯麵多過新口味酸辣粉啦

本身配料有豬耳、雲耳、薄脆同青瓜，但驚唔夠都係叫埋麥遠。
值得一讚既就係會送一次性圍裙，驚你食到件衫都係👻 個個食完都話好辣，肥師奶覺得辣嘅程度就還可以接受，配料份量其實唔係好多，所以建議再另外點餸。薄脆口感唔錯，但細舊左少少。至於薯粉係偏粗身，唔算好林，三哥酸辣味係幾正嘅
