新加坡過江龍,海南雞飯始祖,朋友得飯堂。 餐廳空間感大,放咗好多植物,坐得好舒服😌坐低第一要點的,招牌菜🌟 文華海南雞飯, 外皮很薄的,唔太肥,雞肉軟腍滑溜,入口鮮味,而且無骨好方便。有三種醬汁,厚身的甜醬油、薑蓉、及辣醬,三種都沾,別有風味😋套餐包黃油飯及湯。 雞飯閃閃的,粒粒分明,而湯的味道比較濃,裡面仲有滑豆腐小食就點了邪惡鹹蛋黃雞翼,及沙嗲串燒拼盤。雞翼上枱香氣撲鼻,外層炸得脆卜卜,串燒有豬雞牛肉,沙嗲醬是重點🤩最後不能少星馬特色,班蘭蛋糕配椰子雪糕,蛋糕非常鬆軟,雪糕椰子味突出,仲食到粒粒椰蓉,值得一試
