To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今時今日飲茶已經不同從前般,推住車仔賣點心買少見少,而現在就正正有這款新派點心店的出現,將中國點心加入一些新元素,卻又留全著最傳統的風味於當中,成為新一代的創新「飲茶」!「飲茶」位於中環南豐分店,總面積超過6, 000平方呎,內裡裝潢高樓底、配上落地玻璃窗、特製紅磚牆,絕對係令人眼前一亮。睇住流奶絕對是這裡的招牌點心,賣相非常可愛,流心餡真係超流心同澎湃,名副其實嘅睇住流奶!流心奶黃細膩綿滑,味道超濃郁,包又好軟鬆,出色!鳳梨咕嚕肉皮薄脆口,肉質鬆化有肉汁,肥瘦適中,啖啖肉,酸甜開胃,令人食唔停口。香烤蜜餞豚肉叉燒叉燒香濃鮮甜,肉質嫩滑,帶有略略焦香,那蜜餞醬汁味道甜而不膩,啖啖滋味。安格斯牛肉河色香味俱全,安格斯牛肉軟腍且肉味濃,河粉炒得乾爽唔油膩,味道香濃而唔會話鹹。伯爵茶奶凍質感細滑,有濃郁茶香,不甜不膩,清香怡人。
