九菜成日都會去九龍城搵嘢食,原因係鍾意嗰度多小店少連鎖。但一直唔知有哩間串燒店,可能佢位置比較偏離中心。一去到感覺都幾好,因為佢嘅裝修風格好清新,同熱熱鬧鬧居酒屋感覺有啲唔一樣,依度燈光同整體感覺有啲似東京嘅cafe,而且枱好少,唔會覺得逼。串燒種類都幾多,而且味道都好日式喎,感覺喺菜單設計有花過心思嘅。串燒方面最有印象係佢個厚豆腐係田樂燒做法,即係有甜味噌喺面,講好似簡單,但比較少喺香港同類型價位餐廳見到有。第二樣要推介嘅係蟹膏玉子燒,佢嘅玉子燒個蛋真係好嫩滑,蟹膏又唔咸。後來聽店長講原來唔用現成蟹膏,係有調較過嘅,係特登想做到流心嘅效果喎。另外佢嘅燒阿波尾雞翼同雞皮火侯都唔錯,但其他內臟就稍嫌太熟太乾了。同埋有個別串燒落鹽都唔係好穩定。但整體我會俾中上分數 (之前食過不好食的串燒,唔講邊間但都不會介紹了😅)。值得一提係佢嘅店長(老闆?)好好人,食食下又送枝豆,又送粥(原來係員工宵夜),仲同我哋傾吓佢嘅煲粥秘方。嘩佢個粥唔係日本菜但仲好食過串燒,最後食到好飽哦。P.S. 地舖只有幾張枱,但原來仲有樓上,人多就可以坐上層喇!
