一直一直好渴望可以到,香港出名的意大利餐廳─Sabatini。一天在報章看到Sabatini 有business lunch。(11/12/12)和老公來吃。哈密瓜和蕃茄特別鮮甜!當天吃了什麼,大抵已忘了(水準沒失望)。但最記得,甜品不是任吃。而是侍應會推架甜品車過來,每人只限選一款。一早Targeted聖安娜蛋糕。真係好好好好食!酥皮脆的!鬆化的!夾埋吉士、朱古力cream,好吃到不得了。朱古力蛋糕,好普通,朱古力味不夠濃。Tiramisu(一番唇舌,才求到侍應,給我一小點品嚐),沒預期的出色。只因沒有酒味,average都ok。(27/4/13)由於上次吃得不夠盡興、由於姊姊早前吃過week end buffet,仍爾猶未盡。便相約,吃 過 夠!Week end buffet,前菜和甜品比上次的week day lunch多很多。龍蝦、青口、芝士、沙律、紅酒、白酒、香賓。每樣吃少少,未到主菜,已飽得7成半。侍應很緊貼照顧每枱人客。介紹了,主菜前每人一份的小食。三文魚/吞拿魚羅勒汁多士。超級好吃!!一定要襯熱即吃!多士香脆,配上室溫魚生,吞拿魚沒有筋架!!口感味道,驚喜得很!魚生油潤

!!一定要襯熱即吃!多士香脆,配上室溫魚生,吞拿魚沒有筋架!!口感味道,驚喜得很
!魚生油潤,與熱多士的相遇,超然的美味。
每人一份燒牛、豬、羊、魷魚。每樣吃DD,燒烤味好香,牛肉柔軟。
主菜,姊姊吃鵝肝牛扒,我吃薏米飯。牛油味優香。
甜品,曲奇、朱古力、蛋糕除了芝士蛋糕(因太滯胃),什麼也吃勻。甜品質素不用懷疑,不錯的。繼聖安娜蛋糕,另有驚喜的是Panna cotta。好滑,極之濃厚的呍哩o拿味!
最後HD雪糕杯,根本吃不下了。Buffet時間over了,也可繼續坐坐。侍應更會問道,食物如何。剛說到,咖啡麻麻,誰知他說,是哪位同事泡架?他著後再泡一杯,咖啡油更多的給我。更推介,飲到一半,可加球雪糕,成一甜品
So Nice~~ 大家也捧腹離場。第二天, 我宣告,吃滯了。
