Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 來到諾士佛臺,好隨意地就揀左呢間上樓日式居酒屋🍱🍚今日32度高溫,好彩都搵到心水餐廳吃晏☺️入座大概10分鐘就諗到食咩🤭🔷蟹肉滑蛋豆腐煮併刺身三點蟹肉食落較硬身,口感上食得出唔太新鮮🥲但豆腐滑溜。刺身食落係新鮮有魚香🤤🔷牛肉豆腐煮🐮👍🏻價錢$95但非常有驚喜😄😄牛肉重牛味,彈牙有咬口,豆腐滑溜,湯好清甜🥰🥰🔷海膽蟹肉牛油果🥑卷呢個卷有水準。海膽係好少,但蟹肉算多,飯卷內有一小塊牛油果及牛蒡卷住。飯卷切成6件🤤🔘一遊同銅鑼灣一門嘅裝修,餐牌,制服係一樣,但兩間名唔同。雖然唔會去深究但整體來講,一遊嘅好食過一門,純個人食後感🥲
