To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因工作關係,被迫到過位於會展內的港灣茶餐廳吃飯一次是吃早餐,一次是吃午餐先說早餐的一次,一個相當普通的茶餐廳早餐,有公仔麵+煎蛋,賣$27,仲要唔包餐飲另一次是吃午飯,一碟干炒牛河+餐湯+餐飲,要$55食物的質素普通啦,不過不失簡直是翠華的價錢,但提供不了翠華的食物水準餐廳的環境就算幾優雅啦,服務態度亦唔錯
