To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 松本菜奈實,整體都麻麻地,唔緊要,上圍夠爆已經足夠叫好叫座!《小越廚》畀我感覺都一樣,環境、大抵食品質素都屬正正常常、一般般,唯獨是個湯底令人眼前一亮🤩。叫咗個$188二人餐:任選兩款粉麵飯🍜 + 三款小食各三件 +飲品兩杯🥤。先講小食:泰式炸蝦餅🍤、泰式香辣魚餅🐟、蒜香魚露雞翼、河內炸春卷🫔、越式扎肉、泰式酸辣鳳爪。六款揀三款,可以試足一半,已經好吸引。最後揀咗泰式炸蝦餅、蒜香魚露雞翼同埋泰式酸辣鳳爪。衰喺雞翼到,勁鹹,食唔落口🤮。雞翼都可以出事,立即大打折扣👎🏼。兩款粉麵飯,分別嗌咗「馬來叻沙湯河粉配香茅豬頸肉」同「番茄🍅蟹膏湯河粉」。兩個湯都意外地出色👍🏾,叻沙香濃惹味;至於個蟹膏湯,估佢唔到咁濃郁,真係好似食緊當造蟹咁啖啖膏。
