To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 各式各樣的材料混在一起,口感豐富。三大魚生沒有日本菜的肥美。鮑魚有意料之外的煙韌和清甜,受夠了盤菜的重味,是這幾天吃過最好吃的鮑魚。可是,由於有不少甜的材料,尤其是糖桔餅和茶瓜,整體偏甜。

有別於常見的青瓜粒,原條青瓜更好看。青瓜爽口,脆中帶軟,口感一流。醃得酸辣,惹味又開胃。

賣相甚佳的春卷,味道已屬一般。炸得不太油,但皮不夠脆。包著蝦膠,味很清,愛重味的可沾沙律醬調味。沒有特別,吃完也沒甚麼印象。

包羅萬有福滿盤(油泡螺片一品盆)
吃了好幾頓盤菜的我們,對跟撈起拼成孖寶的一品盆,期望不大,只是別無他選。反而甚有驚喜。驚喜的,不是份量很足、炆得夠腍的海蔘、花膠、鮑魚、瑤柱和冬菇,而是濃而不重的醬汁,炆得入味,卻不失清新。螺片煙韌清甜,也是亮點之一。

一品砂鍋飯
飯濕得像福建炒飯,熱得吱吱作響的砂鍋,也未能把水份蒸發,把飯烘乾。話雖如此,飯粒卻保持彈牙、粒粒分明,沒有變腍,沒有黏成一團。飯粒吸滿鮑汁的鮮味,又幾惹味。材料不多,只有偶爾吃到的菇粒和鴨肉粒。
