撈起撈起,撈到風山水起!繼續馬不停蹄去吃開年飯的日子,這天,跟朋友們前來天際萬豪,齊齊食撈起,願大家豐衣足食,愈撈愈掂。事實上,三年前,筆者也與另一班朋友,來過這裡吃開年飯。而且,是坐同一張檯。轉眼間,又三年…能讓我番兜的餐廳,經己不多;可令我再次來吃開年飯,這裡自當有其過人之處。食物故然是重要因素之一,另外,呢度既環境,相信你也會愛上。若非交通有點不便,我會天天來這裡飲茶。人齊,都唔再講咁多,撈起喇喂!三文魚份量可真不少,加上金箔,是豪華版本。起勢咁撈呀撈,愈撈愈高,大家今年,應該撈得掂。厚身的三文魚,口感好,可多幫襯幾件。中午飲茶,梗有一系列的點心,傳統的燒賣,企身飽滿。但要論到豐滿,必要說這香檳蝦餃,顏色靚,個子巨大,漲卜卜的勁足料,頂頭仲擺上大片金箔,放上網呃Like無難度。另一款精緻點心,係鬆化可口的蘿蔔絲酥餅,天鵝造型,好睇又好食。雖則只是中午飯,但好歹也是開年,來客靚湯,不過份吧~ 每人一盅的燉松茸螺頭湯,打開盅蓋,香氣四溢,深知質素不錯。呷幾口,可以加以確定。印象中,呢度既燒味,絕不遜色。叉燒皇,中間的熱石,帶出視覺效果。夾起一件叉燒,偏瘦,卻也是梅頭肉。質感鬆化又不失

印象中,呢度既燒味,絕不遜色。叉燒皇,中間的熱石,帶出視覺效果。夾起一件叉燒,偏瘦,卻也是梅頭肉。質感鬆化又不失咬口,富肉香,而且溫度很足,很高水準。

再來的炒蛋白拼炸蟹餅,蛋白炒得夠滑亦不失蛋香,蟹餅香脆又熱辣,要小心燙口,配上沙律醬,可口。

發財鮑魚牛舌卷,鮑魚包裹著班片及牛脷,牛舌夠晒腍身,亦不失口感,魚肉沒有很散,鮑魚同是軟腍可口,整件事很出色,唯一要挑剔,是又加入了金箔,我覺得Over左。

拿起甜品餐牌,牛油果珍珠露,最為吸引,差不多人人都要。除牛油果的香外,也有點點蜜瓜味,都幾好。

很滿意的一餐,或許明年,我也會再來開年。
