一直在灣仔附近經過好奇這間幾層樓高的新泰東南亞餐廳很久了,今日終於一個人走進了去。大廳的位置很寬敞,即使是疫情之下都有一個很充裕的位置給每一個客人,里面的裝修也很有異國風情,店員好像大部分都是懂廣東話的泰國人。食泰國菜絕對不能缺少的自然是串燒和薄餅,我一共叫了一客串燒沙爹$88、 蜜糖燒肋骨$88、 印度薄餅$32、椰青班戟$55先講串燒沙爹$88,有六條串燒,當中雞豬牛各兩條,讓選擇困難症的朋友(就是我)不需要辛苦考慮選哪一款。沙爹的味道很香濃不辣,一口咬下去啖啖肉,非常足料,我最喜歡雞肉串燒,肉質非常鮮嫩!!!之後是蜜糖燒肋骨$88,感覺應該係用叉燒醬混入蜜糖塗勻了在肉面上,食落有叉燒的感覺同時,還有甜絲絲的蜜糖味道,口感唔會太干柴又唔會太軟淋淋,不錯!接著是 印度薄餅$32,薄餅是那種外層脆身而不是軟身的,我混合了沙爹串燒的沙爹醬下去,非常的美味!下次或者可以試下用青咖哩汁配搭!最後是,椰青班戟$55,捧上桌面的時候熱氣騰騰,我本以為會是一半椰青在上面,然後下半部是班戟,但原來係把椰青混合了在班戟里面,一咬下去軟綿煙韌,有著絲絲椰青的甜味,味道幾特別,很值得一試!

沙爹的味道很香濃不辣,一口咬下去啖啖肉,非常足料,我最喜歡雞肉串燒,肉質非常鮮嫩!!!
