To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六好想食烏冬,中午時間黎左荷里活,間間烏冬店(包括元氣)都勁多人排隊既情況之下,依間算係排得比較快,就入左黎。一開波就叫左個雜錦鍋燒讚岐手打烏冬,加14蚊再要個芝麻三文魚他他手卷。首先想講,芝麻三文魚他他手卷真心推介,啲三文魚好足料,又勁好食,份量唔會大到食唔落主餐,但又唔會細到令人覺得14蚊唔抵叫。食得好開心,朋友本身冇叫,見到我個手卷之後又剔左紙叫左個雜錦鍋燒讚岐手打烏冬就都ok 既,啲味都唔錯,但隻蝦明明係天婦羅應該好脆,但因為係浸晌個鍋度上。就算個鍋一黎到我即刻夾起佢,都難逃已經「臨」曬既命運… 烏冬就唔錯,熱辣辣,勁好食,但下次會想試下蕃茄湯底 (試飲左朋友果碗蕃茄湯一啖,勁正),所以大家如果唔知食咩可以考慮蕃茄湯底既烏冬。之後就係服務,服務員上菜時好大力放落枱,啲湯差啲淺出黎,佢勁大力放完落黎就走左,令到我個朋友唔太高興,其他都冇咩特別,其他整體上都算滿意,下次會再黎
