Restaurant: 源成興大排檔美食
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向覺得街市的熟食中心除左環境差左d特別係夏天無冷氣之外, 有好多好味抵食的食店等待發掘. 在尼頭住左幾年, 卻極少到此覓食, 因為日日都要過海返學, 而且無晚市....因同學推介, 游水後到來, 來到時只有尼檔仲有客人, 叫左干炒牛河+凍華田補充體力即炒等左十幾分鐘先上, 牛河大大碟! 唔算上品, 不過都好吸引, 加上超大杯華田.....飽到上心口之餘仲有剩, 滿足的一餐在街市熟食中心之中環境衛生係中上, 而且無記錯因為室內所以有冷氣, 夏天都唔怕啦專登去就唔哂啦, 不過如果路過此區想食個lunch, high個tea, 此處值得推介
