但星月樓的燒臘近年也是越做越好。
今日下午再到星月樓飲下午茶,我終於可以講一句星月樓的 $42 叉燒飯,完勝另外兩間上環叉燒名物。
當然燒臘鋪/飯店無茶錢也無加一,但純以面前的一碟叉燒的份量同質素,我覺得是贏了。夠大件(加了支筆做比較)、厚切、肥瘦均匀,夠熱。
其他如蘿蔔糕、春風得意腸等點心也不錯。



To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme").
