To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想食越南嘢,記得呢間小店味道唔錯,加上價錢貼地,所以再嚟幫襯,叫咗二人餐~🔘蟹膏湯檬粉呢碗粉嘅靈魂絕對係中間嗰片蟹肉蟹膏蛋餅,同個湯底一樣都係蟹味十足,記得上次嚟都有食~🔘越式三寶湯檬粉非常豐富,三寶分別係豬扒、春卷同扎肉,當中春卷最好食,夠脆同香口,順帶一提呢度嘅檬粉同平時嘅有啲唔同,我哋覺得係介乎米線同檬粉之間嘅質地~🔘雞絲沙律想食沙律,所以加錢升級左小食,呢個沙律份量好足,醬汁同配菜都好有越式風味,加咗唔少香料調味~🔘扎肉蒸粉卷每件蒸粉卷都跟一片扎肉,感覺呢餐食咗好多扎肉😝,粉卷皮唔會過厚或蒸到爛晒,味道可以~🔘鹹檸檬梳打🔘青檸七喜最愛呢度嘅鹹檸檬系列,會成罐汽水俾你自己加,大大杯超解渴~
