在網路看到有一個蜜汁叉燒滑蛋飯好好吃,原來是四寶食堂的,就約了朋友去吃。環境不錯,裝修時尚,有不少沙發卡位,很有空間感。除了港式美食,前菜蠻西式的,還有新品,如磚頭焗飯和薄餅,甜品有自家制窩夫。招牌推介一定要試。意式羅勒蕃茄醬炒蜆($78),蕃茄醬汁好味道,蜆新鮮無沙,拌車厘茄、香菇、青紅椒,蠻健康的。焗水牛芝士酸瓜甜椒帆立貝($78)有三隻,味道酸酸地,很特別。熱檸樂煲薑(套餐轉特飲加$12),檸檬和薑都給的很大方,好喝!喜哥葱油豬扒煎蛋飯($58),豬扒肉很厚,帶骨的肉也比較嫩,葱油很香,跟肉很搭,加太陽蛋混白飯吃,就是美味的結合。阿華田雪山(套餐轉特飲加$12)味道濃郁,忌廉輕盈,喝了也没負擔。蜜汁叉燒滑蛋飯($58)賣相一流,由蛋的色澤和質地,已經看出蛋很滑嫩,叉燒也有不少,不肥不瘦,很有水準。
