To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日下午一點鐘去到,無book位要等一陣,坐喺張勁舒服既梳化度等位幾咁正。好快就有位嘞,即刻睇吓有咩點心食先。剔咗幾樣點心,等男朋友嚟先至俾侍應。心水推介桂花蚌蒸腸粉:其他酒樓好少食得到,第一次食覺得桂花蚌配腸粉又幾夾喎,而且腸粉都算滑,正。金牌酥皮叉燒焗餐包反而一般啦,有d失望。香草紅豆茶果又太甜。原個千層馬拉糕太大個,食唔晒,馬拉糕唔夠鬆軟,麻麻哋。帶子餃又係一般,帶子唔多又唔夠熱。反而送既兩個甜品唔錯,豆腐花有豆味又滑,芋頭西米露幾好食,大大碗,芋頭煲到起沙糖水又唔甜,唔知仲以為要收費添。Toilet夠晒乾淨,侍應服務都幾好,值得一讚。
