To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 銅鑼灣糖街銅鑼灣商業大廈地下有一間斑蘭葉印尼美食,佢嘅舖頭雖然係細細間,但係坐卡位都好舒適,因為座位唔係太多,所以晚飯時間在6:30pm左右去食就最合適。有時食得太多中式晚飯,也想轉下口味,今日就決定去斑蘭葉吃印尼美食。兩個人每人一個主食,兩個飲品加1個小吃,已經非常足夠和滿足。我地要了印尼小食拼盤,有炸雞兩件、炸豆腐兩件、兩件炸黃豆糕、兩隻雞翼同埋兩條炸秋葵,炸雞真係好鬆脆,又入味,炸黃豆糕都好特別,配甜酸醬汁來吃,飽肚有益。$88嘅小食拼盤,真係大件夾抵食,又好食。燒雞班蘭尖塔飯係我哋唔會錯過嘅飯,燒雞惹味香口,配上甜甜辣辣嘅豉油同埋色彩翠綠的班蘭飯,我哋都食得好滿意。虎蝦花膠湯粉皮係我最鍾意食嘅,有三大隻虎🦐,時間炸得啱啱好,加上花膠湯,又滋補又有骨膠原,係必食之選。椰青健康又有益,箭葉橙混吉蜜,酸酸甜甜,我們要了凍的,覺得有特色又解渴,今天的晚餐真令人開心🥳!
