媽媽想食煲仔飯,帶了她去了佐敦這間憶食尚,這裏最出名就係食臘味,尤其是臘腸以黑毛豬肉製作,所以豬肉味會比一般的臘腸濃郁且脂肪較少,比較健康。板鴨蘿蔔煲以臘鴨配蘿蔔,蘿蔔清甜,正好吸收了臘鴨的咸香味道,蘿蔔湯鮮甜有肉香。廣式臘腸拼土雞煲仔飯臘腸油香滲入了飯內,而且不會太油膩,雞肉嫩滑,下面還有些香脆的飯焦,,米飯煮得飯粒分明,非常爽口,即使食到最底都唔會油淋淋。最後再叫多碟菜心,去掉了菜頭硬的部位,菜心清甜無渣。
