億食尚」主打精緻粵菜的餐廳,吃得出粵菜講究的鑊氣與鮮味。廣式臘味煲仔飯煲仔飯非常考驗粵菜館功力! 「億食尚」的煲仔飯做得相當到位。米飯是靈魂,米粒乾爽分明,吸收了臘味的精華油香。鋪滿飯面的油潤臘腸、甘香臘肉份量很多,品質不錯,鹹甜適中,帶著酒香。煲仔飯最精華的是飯焦,金黃色的飯焦又香又脆,口感一流。淋上店家秘製的香甜豉油,趁熱攪拌,讓醬油、臘味油脂與熱騰騰的米飯、脆口的飯焦完美融合。(非常推薦)辣子雞丁在這家店呈現更偏向 「避風塘」的風味,辣度溫和,香氣十足,雞肉切丁炸得金黃酥脆,辣味是提香,麻香和蒜香才是主角。每一粒雞丁都均勻裹上了,吃起來鹹香惹味。瑤柱上湯田園時蔬果採用了瑤柱來熬製湯底,湯色清澈,喝一口就能感受到鮮甜味,菜生新鮮爽嫩,湯裡放了瑤柱絲,增加口感中,整體味道清甜、鮮美、無負擔,完美平衡了臘味飯和辣子雞的濃鬱。「億食尚」果然是主打的煲仔飯,他們用料實在、功夫紮實、味道純正,吃得出的誠意與滿足感,都算是我在香港吃過心目中排名數一數二的煲仔飯。 continue reading
