今晚三個麻甩佬相約吹水,由於已是初冬,挑了這高級煲仔飯餐廳。椅墊還未坐暖,已點了製作需時的煲仔飯,再點了啤酒及咕嚕肉做前菜!“咕嚕肉”,炸漿夠薄夠脆,不會成滿口粉,豬肉夠嫩滑,無骨,啖啖肉,薄薄一層酸甜汁掛在外邊, 雖然味道沒有驚喜,但造型、口感不錯。“雜菜煲”,有大量蒜片、蝦米、元貝碎起鑊,所以湯夠香,如菜蔬新鮮的話,這雜菜煲已成功了一大半,它當然也辦到了!今晚主角出場,“特色臘味煲仔飯”,它有分大細,店主說 細份約兩碗飯,大份約六碗,我們決斷的說要大煲!今晚的主角就是“飯”,最後證明我們沒有錯!侍應把煲仔飯拿到我們旁的小桌準備上菜時已香氣撲鼻,可惜我們在吹水,侍應也沒有向我們查問,她已幫我們把飯摷亂(撈勻), 所以我沒有機會拍一張擺盤優雅的煲仔飯,侍應姐姐跟我說了幾次對不起,言重了,說笑而已!飯面有臘鴨、臘腸、臘肉,所有食材不但鮮香,最難處理的臘鴨及臘肉均已蒸透、軟熟,最欣賞是那臘肉,肥瘦均勻,香口。飯焦底也做得很好,剛剛起焦,沒有燶,還容易鏟得起,脆口, 我們完全明白粒粒皆辛苦的道理,沒有浪費! continue reading

有朋友介紹,話佐敦有間主打自家食材嘅飯店,餸菜做得幾有水準,叫我有空去試下,咁啱今日嚟開呢頭,就順便過去食個午餐。餐廳位於文匯街,店內地方頗大,佔地兩層,近門口處設有零售服務,用餐區以湖水藍色調為主,環境高雅,空間寬敞,時尚之餘,更帶點歐陸風情。餐廳以自家出品作招徠,除了主打煲仔飯外,還有清蒸土豬、南安板鴨粥、手工空心麵、海鯧魚、燉湯和時令蔬菜等供應,選擇貴精不貴多。餐廳午市有套餐供應,價錢實惠,而且食物都幾啱我哋心水。先嚟兩盅是日燉湯,湯品用料非常豐富,有蟲草花、桂圓、紅棗、瘦肉等,湯水味道非常清甜,滋陰潤肺,好適合而家呢個天氣飲用。瑤柱蛋白海皇炒飯:睇下個炒飯賣相幾靚仔,頂頭綴以大大隻蝦同蟹籽,而入面就有好多蝦肉、瑤柱同蛋白。米飯很香口,粒粒分明又帶瑤柱鮮味,蛋白熟得來夠滑溜,加埋爽脆嘅青瓜粒,十分好吃!蝦球撈手工麵:麵底選用了自家製作嘅手工素麵,麵條口感挺不錯,柔軟順滑,蝦球爽彈味鮮,配上光滑嘅麵身,真係滋味無窮,令人一吃上癮。上湯浸娃娃菜:啲娃娃菜口感好正,入口腍甜非常,很可口,加上鹹香的雲腿和蒜片,更添香氣。 continue reading
