今晚同屋企人去食飯,由於老豆話鍾意食叉燒,所以帶佢去食你間馳名食叉燒嘅餐廳,唔少得當然要叫一碟特選蜜汁叉燒王。一嚿嚿紅色嘅叉燒鋪得好整齊,顏色反光因為上面鋪滿蜜汁,一夾起蜜汁好似絲咁連住一齊,咬落香口之餘蜜汁同叉燒嘅肉質混埋一齊,味道相當唔錯,加埋有點脂肪嘅肉,食起嚟就更加滑啦。跟住上盤嘅係杞子蒸白鱔,呢味菜食得最多嘅係豉汁蒸,杞子蒸應該係第一次。由於用杞子黎蒸,食起嚟份外清新,同白鱔本身嘅味道好夾,白鱔肉質正又夠嫩滑,加上少量嘅魚油,食起嚟就更加香滑啦。跟手呢碟係炸淮山,估唔到呢度嘅菜式咁特別,淮山用嚟炸嘅方法應該都係第一次食,炸既功夫唔錯,因為粉夠薄所以食就夠脆,淮山嘅肉質本身就爽口,所以真係外脆內爽,口感足夠。最後仲有個湯飲,係茶樹菇瘦肉湯,呢個季節飲呢個湯就啱晒啦,因為夠晒滋潤,茶樹菇菇味突出,瘦肉味又出晒黎,所以個湯飲落夠深層次。
