To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 住在元朗10年多才第一次試這間車仔麵,原因是不想排隊.但為了抓出排隊的真相,一定要排一次啦,一排便排了15分鐘.....想死因為企在條街上好熱呀...排到我了更加熱...是心熱,我向買麵的姐姐問下幾錢一款餸呀???她面一沈回覆款款不同的你要咩呀???即是幾錢呢????算啦我想貴極有限啦..不要影響後面的人..因為真是好苦的,我便快快的叫(米粉溝幼麵底)+....我未說餸的時候她便開口說是不是一個幼麵+一個米粉呀???我立即回覆是呀...她又再自言自語的再說一次一個幼麵+一個米粉,還未開始落麵去煮,我再說出要邊樣餸的時候她同樣的重覆說出我要的餸.表面上可以說是清楚交代你要的食品.但想真一點個個客佢都是這樣的問兩三次要用多少時間呢????唔排隊才奇怪啦....但她們成功了因為香港人最愛排隊的,因為覺得排隊多數有好處,唔好的話何來排隊呢????但這觀念大家一定要改了,這間車仔麵排隊後你一定會覺得白白的排了.因為我食這個排隊麵後覺得好像食味精麵,湯賣點是辣真的辣但無香味得個辣字.不如直接食辣油好過啦....魚蛋腥味,豬皮淋,我想到周星馳的食神內的形容一樣.請勿排隊呀..............
