To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

入大澳除咗行橫水渡、坐船睇海豚🐬最重要嚟呢度high tea, 估唔到平日都會咁多人；排隊等位都用左45分鐘，滿心期待之窗口位當然無啦！不過有個卡位都唔錯，侍應奉上3頁menu,揀左蝦醬豬扒包配薯條，另有4款飲品可選擇$118餐廳十分細心，蝦醬是另上，由於大澳特產是蝦醬，先跟小朋友溝通一試這款特別味道；幸好豬扒包內之蝦醬是薄薄一層，唔夠可以再搽多一點欣賞餐廳對食客之照顧，如有食物敏感人士可知會餐廳另外特別處理👍🏻鮮蝦雲吞麵$68，味道都唔錯皮薄餡內是蝦肉檸檬蜜糖特飲，酸酸甜甜都好好味其實唔食嘢入嚟坐低飲嘢都消暑解渴⋯⋯不過唔使等位就最好😅記住下午茶到5點咋！
