To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢個假日想同老公去搵間酒店食個靚下午茶,結果見天氣好,走咗入大澳食。佢嘅下午茶好抵食,好似200幾蚊就有afternoon set for 2。餐廳地點比較遠,但沿途的景色好靚,由於星期六日所以只可以wall in。我哋兩個去到嘅時候都唔需要等位,好快就安排到入座。餐廳環境好靚,有好多玻璃,好似身處一個小溫室,放眼望出去都係山同海。餐廳係環保餐廳,只有小風扇加少少冷氣,但坐定定左個人就會覺得涼。紫貝天葵加蜜糖,攪勻之後好好飲。三文魚嘅份量都算多,但法包唔夠脆口呢個係蝦醬豬頸肉法包,蝦醬味得出之餘又唔會太咸,幾特別。左到右:雞屎滕茶果(唔夠軟熟)、合桃酥、迷你蛋撻(唔夠熱,曲奇皮唔夠脆)左:水果撻(撻皮好林)右:紫貝天葵芝士蛋糕(上面係紫貝天葵啫喱,下面係芝士蛋糕)中間好似係蝦醬雞翼不過一野已經食咗😂 continue reading

今日同朋友去大澳郊遊,去了Tai O Lookout,很想嚐這裡的蝦醬食品!因為是平日,沒太多人。這裡很大,天幕係玻璃窗,看到外面的風景,還有鋼琴伴奏,好像在教堂中,感覺好浪漫如果男仔帶女友來求婚,相信會很適合。我們點了兩個下午茶套餐,其中一款是雞奕。皮炸得很香,伴有蝦醬及沙律,食完不油脷,蝦醬亦很夾另一個係蝦醬黑毛豬扒包,還有熱騰騰薯條,份量好多,黑毛豬擁出來雖然黑毛豬的油太多,但幸有生菜、洋蔥同埋蕃茄中和油脷感,也不錯。每個餐都可點一杯特色飲品,我們點了檸檬特飲,很消暑。整體都很喜歡這裡,可以坐整天,看風景,很治癒,勁放鬆,是放假去的好地方。特別一提這裡每人最低消費是$120。 continue reading

因為係平日入大澳,所以好多小食店都冇開,行下行下唔經唔覺就嚟到大澳文物酒店,即係活化咗既舊警處。我地參觀完之後見到上面既餐廳好靚,就入咗去食。餐廳環境一流,採用玻璃屋頂設計,感覺同周圍既自然環境融為一體。店員安排我地坐窗邊位,可以睇到海景,加上食客唔多,喺度一邊食野一邊傾計真係好舒服。因為大家都唔太肚餓,所以揀咗比較有特色既蝦醬雞翼同埋紫貝天葵芝士餅。蝦醬雞翼既醬汁係混合咗沙律醬同蝦醬,所以食落有淡淡既蝦醬味,用嚟點沙律都唔會有違和感。至於雞翼就本身醃過,有少少鹹味,所以同蝦醬好夾。至於紫貝天葵,佢本身味道酸酸地,有d似山楂。不過因為佢好快上,而我地係食完雞翼至食佢,所以食既時候個餅底好林,下次要同店員講遲d先上。 continue reading

因為家住屯門,是唯一可以水路直接前往大澳的地區,所以我們一家平均每月也會到訪大澳一次,是真正的後花園。在大澳碼頭下船下車,除了沿路上特色又有名的小食攤檔,不妨花點腳骨力,向石仔街的方向一直走下去,走到盡頭就是前身為警署,現翻新活化為酒店的地方,這裡未必好住,但當走到汗流浹背的時候,在全玻璃設計的餐廳內補充一下體力,是最幸福的事。這裡有不少融入大澳色彩味道的菜式,看來怪怪的但味道超棒,每逢周末都有很多一家大小來郊遊順道參觀一試。而我們多選擇平日中午來吃午餐,人少的氣氛較為寧靜和諧,樓下就是海浪拍打的聲音,而抬頭盡是綠葉和自然光。鮮茄意大利粉擺碟不夠細心,沒有抹過碟邊,但味道很合胃口,酸酸的又不會太多肉碎,反而番茄的份量平衡了營養攝取另外也試了這裡的炸魚薯條配他他醬,主菜不算出色,反而粗身帶波浪的薯條沾他他醬吃很是滿足。說實話,來這邊是吃環境多於食物,而環境卻是永遠的滿分,看著陽光下的木吊扇在轉,身邊盡是綠葉鳥鳴還有海浪拍打,室內的擺設也精心配襯,推介大家來一試。 continue reading
