To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日黎大澳之行,享受遠離市區既片刻寧靜,同埋感受漁村和諧樸素既風土人情。Tai O Lookout一直都喺我既wish list上面,今日黎到完全覺得不枉此行!非常值得黎試!我係坐觀光艇黎度酒店呢邊落船既,$20/程遊覽完再直接喺酒店對出碼頭落船好方便。因為呢度係大澳邊邊位,如果由大街行過黎都要20分鐘,沿途會有狗狗同好多貓,佢地全部都同呢度既街坊一樣咁友善咖~仲會見到紅樹林,細心睇會見到好多彈塗魚同蟹仔。仲會路經手信店,一桶桶既蝦膏等,淨係由市區行過黎段路都好有樂趣。我落船時間尚早,就喺酒店閒逛,問吓工作人員附近有咩景點,佢推薦我去睇日落。大澳既日落超靚,完全係Pantone上季最流行既粉紅+粉紫!照片好難拍攝出肉眼所見既美呢~大大個咸蛋黃,一路睇住天空慢慢變色,好浪漫呢。餐廳既位置在山上,需要行樓梯或坐升降機上去,呢張相係食完飯先影的~建議天未黑曬時就去餐廳,因為入黑後就睇唔到出面既景色啦登山電梯當我入到去時不禁講左句:「好靚呀~!」店員笑住問我係咪第一次黎,可能佢已經習慣左呢個咁靚既工作環境了 XD店內全採光設計,黃昏光線照射入黎配合柔和既鋼琴聲同古典裝潢,整個畫面十分唯美窗旁有一排私隱度較高既兩人座位,我好喜歡坐窗邊呀~可以飽覽附近景色當日店內人流唔多,我影相時咁啱有幾枱食客埋左單,影完又有幾枱入左黎,成晚都好寧靜好舒服。木類傢私+雲石枱,心心眼美妙既鋼琴聲係由呢部自動鋼琴彈奏出黎的~嗯~優雅~影到差不多時食物都開始上菜啦大澳一品炒飯 $98平時唔係特別喜愛蝦膏既我,黎到大澳聞到蝦膏原來係咁香,即管一試!果然有驚喜呀,炒飯蝦膏唔會太搶,份量適當。入面有好多蝦,最特別既係佢混合使用蝦乾+鮮蝦。相比之下,蝦乾比鮮蝦更好味呢~蝦乾蝦味較濃郁,同埋唔會太乾太硬,係有水份的。大澳既蝦乾比我所認知既蝦乾原來好食咁多咖(←被美景沖昏頭腦的人)伴碟既醬汁都有蝦膏味,但係味道調淡左,偏甜的。有少少似沙律醬咁。炒飯乾爽,仲有啲脆口細椒粒,口感獨特。飯粒分明,炒得乾爽唔油膩左邊係鮮蝦,右邊係蝦乾,蝦乾完勝!大澳潛水艇三文治 $68對大澳好著迷既我表示兩味菜都要order大澳特產哈哈呢個潛水艇三文治比一般三文治既獨特之處係佢加左大澳蝦同魷魚個法包烘到暖笠笠,外層脆卜卜。我係最鐘意既加熱左既包既,食凍冰冰包會不爽呢 = =+蝦同魷魚就有少少失望,味道較淡,如果落啲鹽同胡椒會好好多~另外仲夾左火腿、生菜、芝士、蓄茄等,好足料薯條要讚!係真正薯仔切出黎既厚切薯條~好有薯味~仲要熱辣辣炸起,超正呀Damm Lemon Beer $48由於當日好熱既關係我點左望落幾得意既檸檬味啤酒,酒精只有3.2%,好清淡既生啤。仲有啲檸檬汁既味道,係幾特別既。Iced Pineapple Punch $48同行友人點左呢杯非酒精菠蘿特飲,似係七喜+菠蘿汁,唔會過甜,都幾消暑整體黎講呢度既食物款式雖然唔算超級特別,但好食之餘價錢唔貴(相對酒店同環境黎講)、服務又好、配合一流既環境我會好推薦大家黎試。餐牌 continue reading

巳經好耐好耐無去大澳啦, 因為我都幾怕要搭太耐車, 不過今日男朋友話嗰度有間古式古鄉嘅酒店~大澳文物洒店, 想去行下喎, 同埋話大澳有許多特色美食, 值得一試!!坐車入到大澳, 已經頭暈暈, 眼花花, 仲話要行成45分鐘先行到文物酒店, 而且無車去到, 一定要用行的, 我聽到都有D卻步, 但係已經搭左咁耐車嚟到大澳, 無理由吾行去文物酒店㗎!! 好彩沿路有令一番嘅風景, 又有陣陣嘅涼風, 都幾舒服, 好似轉頭就到!!不過酒店係小山上, 行到酒店真係有D辛苦, 所以我倆決定去餐廳Tai O Lookout 食左嘢先!!行到入餐廳, 四周圍都用左多塊玻璃建成, 很開揚, 舒服, 装修都很浪漫, 因為人不多, 我哋仲可揀過卡位坐下!!我哋叫左大澳蝦醬加豬扒包, 一上枱已經聞到好香嘅蝦醬味, 包包入口脆中帶軟, 豬扒肥瘦適中, 好好味道!!另外叫左大澳蝦醬加雞翼, 雞翼炸完都大大隻, 漲卜卜, 入口有陣陣蝦醬香味, 外皮勁脆, 肉質滑嫩, 超正呀!!原來蝦醬加埋D食材食係咁好食㗎!! continue reading

適逢放假,到大澳Relax下十多年前,印象中大澳只是漁村、出名蝦醬,老老套套的。但今日同老公重遊舊地,竟有意想不到的驚喜!先乘地鐵到東涌再轉乘11號旅遊巴士,車程頗長,到達總站,已有一個專員不斷向我們兜售乘坐出海觀光艇。經過大橋,再沿途跟路牌指示方向向大澳文物酒店出發,一直向前走,走到盡頭,终於看見渡輪碼頭旁的酒店了。前身原來是大澳警署,怪不得酒店下層有一度門充滿子彈痕跡,導賞員在指定時間帶領遊客一一講解它的由來,是免費的啊走上上層是一列列的房間供遊客租住,整潔美觀。繞過它,又再向上一層行,终於到了。嘩! 好靚呀~ 一坐下,已見樓頂是以通透玻璃設計,天然光線直透餐廳每一角落,一幅幅窗簾在適當的時候開合。坐近窗邊可一灠窗外景色,景色怡人,令人難以忘懷。肚餓了,大澳蝦醬豬扒菠蘿包$75,加入少量蝦酱並沒有搶去豬扒與菠蘿包原有味道。大澳蝦酱豬扒包$88,送上粗粗的薯條,相信是用一個大大個薯仔刨出來的,绝對真材實料。再加$15,红樹林特飲,味道像山渣。$68紫貝天葵芝士餅,味道正到無朋友食飽又陶醉,簡直浪漫,好似拍拖咁正呀^^ continue reading

大澳文物酒店由舊警署改裝而成,為香港二級歷史建築,裡面有間餐廳,叫Tai O Lookout,以玻璃建成,遠望南中國海,景色十分怡人,一早起床邊吃個all day breakfast ,飲一杯香濃的咖啡,令人煩惱盡消。 continue reading

假日黎大澳行個圈, 做左咁多年人都係第一次黎, 原來可以行既地方比想像中少, 不過都有遠離煩囂既感覺。行到攰就經網上介紹黎到呢間大澳文物酒店慢慢食番個下午茶,不失會一個唔錯既選擇,建議行完山黎食。環境係一個呃LIKE位,如果被安排去坐窗邊有得睇埋風景應該會更正!食物方面不過不失, 首先食左個蝦多士, 如果食到原隻蝦係入面既話相信會更正(個人preference), 不過入面既蝦肉都算足料, 多士夠脆夠熱, 可以一戰。 (7.5 / 10分) 至於蝦醫豬排菠蘿包個人感覺就一般般,可能唔特別鐘意食蝦醫,但我覺得蝦醫同豬排都唔係話天生一對,似GIMMICK多D。不過菠蘿包都夠脆,拉番小小分數。(7 / 10分)埋單大約$85蚊一位,話哂都係一間酒店, 抵唔抵就睇你點諗,但我黎得呢度都有小小旅遊心態,冇乜所謂。 continue reading
